Precise spinal alignment
Five-point Gonstead diagnostics, and an adjustment only where the evidence points.

One clinic, one standard: doctors and a care team who treat the cause, not just the symptom.
Clinic Director · Chiropractor · Gonstead System
Daniel believes recovery is a partnership. His consultations run long, on purpose — because a patient who understands their spine makes better decisions for it, long after they leave the clinic.
He built Aligned around patient education and the kind of careful, full-spine work that holds up over years, not weeks. When he is not adjusting spines, he is probably explaining one — with the X-ray on the screen and a model vertebra in hand.
Chiropractor · Gonstead System
Jason trained in the same full-spine Gonstead discipline as Daniel, and works to the same protocol: all five criteria checked in full, every visit, before a single segment is adjusted.
Two chiropractors, one standard. Nothing is adjusted on a guess, and you leave knowing what was found and why.
Bright, calm and built for care — the people you meet first, and the room they meet you in.
The Aligned System
Five-point Gonstead diagnostics, and an adjustment only where the evidence points.
Rehab that rebuilds what the pain took away, under the same roof as the adjustment.
Practical guidance for Malaysian meals that lowers inflammation and fuels repair.
Stress and sleep shape your spine more than most people think. We ask, and we work on it.
Align your life. Align your spine. That is the new definition of health.
Nobody sets out to invent a system. You just keep noticing the same thing until you have to do something about it.
Years of study under the full-spine Gonstead discipline — five diagnostic criteria before any adjustment, every time. The precision was never the hard part.
The examinations were right and the adjustments were right — and some patients still came back with the same segment out. Not all of them. The ones sleeping badly, eating badly, sitting nine hours and carrying a stressful job.
A clinic built around one promise: patients leave understanding their own spine. And a second one that grew out of the first — we ask about sleep, food, movement and stress, because those are what decide whether the correction lasts.
Weight-bearing X-ray analysis to remove the guesswork from diagnosis, and movement rehab to rebuild what the pain took — the second pillar, in a treatment room.
Spinal alignment, movement, nutrition and mental wellbeing — the Aligned System, named at last. Plus the same gentle philosophy extended to the dogs and cats who move beside us, no referral needed.

A letter from the founder
Read Dr Daniel Tan's note on why Aligned considers the spine, movement, nutrition, sleep and stress together.
For most of my career, health was defined by absence. No pain, no problem. A patient walks out feeling better, the file closes, everyone is satisfied.
The trouble is that I kept seeing the same people again. Not all of them — but enough that it stopped being a coincidence. Same segment, same complaint, sometimes a year later, sometimes a month. And the examinations had been right. The adjustments had been right.
What was different about the ones who came back was never in their spine. It was in the eight hours they slept badly, the nine hours they sat still, the meals eaten at a desk, and the pressure they were carrying that they never thought to mention because it did not seem like a spine problem.
It is a spine problem. A correction is a change to a structure, and a structure lives in conditions. Put a perfectly aligned segment back into a body that is inflamed, exhausted and braced against stress all day, and the body will pull it back out. Not because the adjustment failed — because everything around it was voting the other way.
So we widened the question. Now we ask about sleep and food and movement and stress, and we treat all four alongside the spine. Not as wellness decoration — as the reason the correction holds.
That is the new definition of health. Not the absence of pain. The alignment of the things that cause it: your spine, your movement, what you eat, and how you carry your life. Fix one and you get relief. Align all four and you get to keep it.
If you come and see us, that is the conversation you should expect. It takes longer. It is also the only version of this job I know how to do honestly.
